Load a six-page PDF, keep All pages selected and choose Clockwise 90°. The plan must say rotate 6 of 6 pages. If the source rotations are 0°, 0°, 90°, 90°, 180° and 270°, the expected result rotations are 90°, 90°, 180°, 180°, 270° and 0°. Page count, page order and page boxes remain in the same sequence.

Expected evidence

Status is ROTATED, source pages is 6, rotated pages is 6, direction is CLOCKWISE_90 and the download name is rotated.pdf. Output bytes are known only after serialization. Open the file and sample every original orientation group rather than assuming the first page represents all six.

A new PDF needs an independent check

PDFRotate changes page rotation entries and serializes a separate file. It does not promise byte identity or preservation of every document-level feature. Metadata, outlines, page labels, attachments, optional layers, tagged structure, PDF/A or PDF/X claims, usage rights, encryption, incremental revisions and digital signatures may change or stop applying. Forms, annotations, links, crop boxes and accessibility relationships can depend on viewer behavior. Keep the untouched source, open the download in another trusted viewer and inspect every affected page before using it.
